Juhl condos, a mixed-used downtown Las Vegas condominium real estate project is worth $170 million. Juhl real estate has construction continues on pouring the third and fourth floors of the parking structure.
Juhl Las Vegas mid-rise demand is coming from local residents who’ve lived in high-rise projects in other cities such as Miami, New York and Chicago; investors; second-home and vacation home owners; and professionals who want to live near their offices.
CityMark Development, San Diego based, is building Juhl condominiums and it will have 340 condominium units and 24,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space in a 15-story building. It will occupy nearly an entire city block.
Juhl Las Vegas is over half sold with 214 binding purchase agreements. Financing construction is Chicago-based Corus Bank.
A large percentage of the luxury condo owners will be primary residents in the building.

National Commercial Ventures bought the Sandy Lake Apartments in Las Vegas at 3650 E. Lake Mead Blvd. for $11.9 million, or $82,638 per unit, from Sandy Lake Properties LLC.
The Willows at Lone Mountain real estate in Las Vegas was purchased by National Commercial Ventures LLC bought the 98-unit apartment complex at 3540 N. Hualapai Rd. for $12.8 million, or $130,612 per unit, from Chartered Development.
The Willows at Sunrise Mountain real estate was purchased by National Commercial Ventures. The 98-unit apartment complex at 6435 Grass Meadows Drive was purchased for $11,525,000, or $117,602 per unit, from Chartered Development.
Painted Hair Salon & Spa signed a five-year, $1,138,907 lease for 2,400 square feet of retail space in Centennial Corporate Center Las Vegas at 5570 Painted Mirage Road, Suite 130. The reported average rent equals $7.90 per square foot.

Echelon at Centennial Hills real estate, a mid-rise condo development in the northwest Las Vegas valley, is attracting both residents and investors.
Centennial Hills Las Vegas, Nevada, is growing quickly. The Centennial Hills condo development will include 372 homes within six buildings. Each building will feature a central courtyard and will be three stories, subterranean parking and a penthouse level.
A total of 11 Las Vegas condos plans at Echelon are available, containing as many as four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, measuring 1,064 to 4,164 square feet.
